Ordered 12 Hard Shell taco package. Of the12 tacos, 10 were broken and difficult to eat. Most of the taco shells stuck to the wrapper. The leaking sauce had dried and glued the broken shells to the wrapper. All of the crunchy shells were soggy on the broken bottoms. These were supposed to be supreme, but the only supreme was the amount of lettuce... the tomatoes and onions tasted old. Sorry, but it will be long time again, before we try Taco Bell again...
Service slowwwww. Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and they forgot the beef … went back around drive thru to let them know and asked if I could pull around to the door and someone bring it out for me and they asked me to just pull forward which was an extra 15 minutes Waiting behind everyone else to get their order . Lol The beef they gave me was like a teaspoon. It just wasn’t worth going there tonight. They really need to up their customer service!
Great service and very kind people specially dayana Shes very kind and helpful

Located in a good area, Taco Bell has a better crew that provides incredible service and hospitality. Recently, customers have praised the amazing service, noting that the food is hot and fresh. While the staff can sometimes seem angry and bothered at the register, Oakeisha has been highlighted as super friendly and professional. Customers have received delicious food, including a Mexican pizza, though orders can sometimes be messed up. The dining room experience was noted to be somewhat unusual, with one customer enjoying having the whole space to themselves. Despite some past concerns about service quality, this Taco Bell has been recognized as one of the best. For better Mexican food, customers are still recommended to visit Guanitos Taqiera on Shell Point.
