“My husband and I drive up to this area to MTB ride and this spot was somewhere he ate at a loooong time ago, so we decided to try it out together.

The food was excellent! Authentic Mexican food. Lots of flavour, good size portions and freshly made juices. We had the chicken burrito, shrimp tacos with corn tortilla shells and chile tatemados. Everything was fresh and didn’t take long to come out the kitchen. We washed everything down with a horchata and a freshly squeezed pineapple juice. Both were so good! The size of the drinks are ridiculously huge! 20oz I believe, and well worth the price. Also……free refill with the juice! 😳 I actually asked the waitress how much for the to-go juice since we paid already and she said it’s free! I don’t know of any other place that gives you a free refill of homemade juice.

Overall, the place was clean and nicely decorated, and we had a great meal for less than 40 dollars. The waitress was friendly and attentive and I just have to mention that the bathroom was immaculate! The huge TV on the outside patio looks like they have some epic gatherings in the evening 😄 And one more thing, they don’t serve any kind of alcohol.

I give this little taco truck ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They're menudo was fresh with excellent pigs feet and corn homemade corn tortillas cooked perfect.
Their tacos I we bought were chorizo Carnitas and barbacoa. They had grilled onions and cilantro with an avocado salsa and a red salsa that was homemade flavors were perfect.
Orchata was homemade delicious.
The little store was very clean excellent pan duence. Outside area was very clean the young girl that was serving us was very kind and the cook very soft spoken but very respectful. We absolutely enjoyed the live chicken we were able to feed him and heard him cockadoodle do a few times.

“We stopped by for lunch yesterday. It was our first visit but we’ve heard good things from friends. We were promptly greeted and seated without delay. We had one of the lunch specials (tacos, rice and beans) that came out quickly. Everything was very tasty including the chips and salsa delivered before the meal. We had a good experience and will be back!!“

“VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They deceive people. In the photo they put a combo and then when serving it they say that it doesn't work like that. That's scam. I complained to them and they said it wasn't going like that and that's it. The combo came with Chips and guacamole. I spoke to the manager and she said they were NOT going to give them to me. But I assure you that McDonald's is missing some fries and so they do complain. They made me look bad with an American friend I brought. I'll never go back again.“

The homemade tortillas truly stood out; you can definitely taste the difference compared to store-bought ones. I was with four friends, and we were patiently served by the cashier, who ensured that our orders were accurate and that everyone was taken care of. We decided to dine in, and since Wimauma is such a small town, we even recognized some of the incoming customers, which added to the family-style atmosphere. “If you follow my reviews, you would know I have raved of my favorite taco spot elsewhere. I have since then moved down to Gibsonton and have embarked on a journey of taco truck hopping. If you frequent US Hwy 41 you would know what I mean. I have gone from Big Bend up to Symmes trying all the taco trucks along both sides of the road. One day I decided to go past Symmes. I found this truck, Marife, in a gas station. And I am so glad I did. Meat is always freshly made. Veggies are always fresh and crisp. Her sauces are made fresh with ingredients sold by a local neighbor of hers that has a market as his sole source of income. I know this because she didn't have salsa Verde for back to back visits and when I asked she explained she likes to support him and he is out of the ingredients she needs to make her sauce. Her humility and ability to make some top notch tacos, sopes, and gorditas have earned my money and respect. The prices are extremely cheap and realistic. She takes cash and zelle for forms of payment.“

“Went to the Summerfield one today, last day for the 5$ burritos!!! Well we walk in I sit at the table with my 3yr old my husband and other kids are almost ready to order and I see the lady at the register wearing gloves messing with the trash can, broom, dust pan, picking up trash off the floor all while helping them make orders touching people’s food touching chips making food behind her on the grill all while wearing the same gloves she was just touching the floor with!! Disgusted!! So I tell my husband she’s not to touch my food!! Then she proceeds to take cash and give people their change with THE SAME GLOVES!!!! Like I’m done we walked out and will NEVER go there again! Drove all the way back towards Bloomingdale and the cleanliness that we as customers deserve!!! I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!!“
