This Apopka location is filthy and the kitchen is poorly run. Garbage overflowing in the dining room, not a clean table in sight. Employees standing around while ONE person serves the line. Customer line all the way around the restaurant, no sense of urgency. When you finally get to service line there is food mess all over the counter and they are out of several items. All the staff need training.
You can stand at the register & they all walk past you & completely ignore you. I asked the woman (who is always there, she’s really the only one that speaks to customers) if it’s normal for the staff to walk past customers, completely ignoring the fact that they’re standing at the register, & her response was “it depends on their role, they don’t have training.“ So basically your staff in the Apopka location needs training on how...read full review
was trying to call in to place an order to feed my staff of 15 people. once I got the automated service to put me thru to a person, someone picked up, then hung up. so, I spent my money at a restaurant that wanted my business
