Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am usually happy with my orders from Chipotle. Today I received a 3 tacos that were smashed and wrap up like a burrito. Pure laziness by whoever prepped my food. They should be more mindful next time.

I ordered a brisket bowl I got all the things I ordered in the bowl except the meat this order I placed about 2 hours ago and I just sat down to eat my food only to realize there is no me whatsoever and I paid $35. I want my money back or you deliver my order right now!!!!

I ordered through Door Dash on 10-23-24 around 8pm. Food was picked up by my driver in under 12 min. Beyond the quickness to make the food, these were hands down the best burrito bowls we have ever had from any location! Great portions, everything distributed evenly across the bowl, tasted amazing. Whoever was working this shift, awesome job! don't change a thing!!!

This was the filthiest Chipotle I have been to. Even the bathroom was closed and I can’t imagine why. Food had no taste and it was cold. The chips were old and when I asked for the cheese she slide it towards me. If it would’ve kept going it would’ve landed on me or the floor. Floor, tables, soda station, the whole place was dirty. They really need to have a meeting and go over customer service and keeping the place clean. Worst $48 dollars spent at a fast food.

Trash. They print the stickers to make the orders and apparently cannot read. Says burrito and I get a bowl. Both items missing ingredients even though the sticker says what they are. Food looks like the bottom of the dumpster 2pc of steal, no salsa, stone cold. Close this location.

Didnt have fajita vegetables, didn't have fresh steak, I asked for cilantro, girl said they didn't have any
