Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was good but then when I got home my throat stated to hurt. Now my tonsils are in flamed. I want to believe something in the food was contaminated or had bacteria living on it.

The portions were good but the rice was hard and that made the meal not enjoyable.

My guess is there no measurements. Keep dumping it on till there is enough. Food was uncontrollably spice to spicey not even enjoyable. Please hire somebody besides children they don't care they are there for the money but the food sucks not even sure if I want to try again my dinner is in the garbage. 6 months later I try it out again the restaurant was a pigsty 8:00 at night it was a pigsty and nobody answers the phone to call

Ordered my kid a cheese quesadilla kids meal, they gave me 2 tortillas and no cheese. Won't order from this store again, I should have checked the reviews.

Have not been to chipotle in a long time, but I was very disappointed. Place was extremely dirty and the food was not fresh. Very mediocre and not what I expect from chipotle. It’s sad because I’ve always loved chipotle.

Hopefully, they were just having a rough night.

They do a decent job with the bowls but if you want a salad you are lucky to get 5 pieces of lettuce in the bowl and very few toppings.

This location has no love for people, the heart of its business.

I live 3 minutes from this location and was very happy when it opened. It still does give me a decent lunch option but it’s a bit perplexing that there are always 3-5 people on the to - go line and no, 2 on register, and one person may rotate every so often to the main line. The employees avoid it like the plague. The food is what you’d expect from a chain. Someone has to manage a bit better

I ordered online, asked for extra lettuce and light rice. They gave me like 5 pieces of lettuce and a boatload of rice.

We were here this afternoon with my family and my husband's service dog, and Aaron wouldn't let us order because we were with the dog. Aaron was very inconsiderate because he didn't care about my husband's condition (the reason he has a service dog). This is the first time we've been denied entry to a place for having a service dog, even though we know the law protects us as customers and as service dog owners. I recommend anyone with a condition that requires a service dog NEVER go to Chipotle; apparently, this place doesn't respect the law!
