I watched two customers from the drive thru come in the store and wait patiently in line as the man ahead of me ordered and then it was my turn . It was 13 minutes but I was ok . The lady from drive thru behind me asked politely to have the doughnut exchanged for the one she asked for -chocolate glazed and the worker was short and nasty and explained how the drive thru customer #1 could change and order it correctly . Drive thru customer two was treated worse than number...
Today I want to sincerely thank the Dunkin’ team ( jimmy) for their empathy and kindness. They didn’t have the specific donut flavor my very particular picky eater loves, but they went above and beyond — creating one specially to match her requests. As a mom, this small act of kindness means the world to me. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
The Apopka Dunkin’ never misses! Fast, friendly service, fresh coffee, and donuts that somehow disappear before you get home. The drive-thru runs smoother than morning traffic—definitely the best Dunkin’ around.
