I don't frequently go to McDonald's but I occasionally treat my grandbabies but I have noticed some of the employees lack customer service. The greeting can be what makes or breaks the experience and if I'm spending my money the least you can do is say hello.
Most of the time, the staff is friendly. However, they NEVER fail to mess up an order and shortchange me. I paid for a small orange juice, just for them to not fill it all the way up. Everything is too expensive for this!!!
Horrendous service by the morning shift on Sunday June 7th.

The restaurant has recently been revamped to a more modern look, resembling a "smart McDonald's." However, the bathroom remains locked, so it’s not suitable for spur-of-the-moment stops. The playground has also been redone but is not open for use at the moment. The location is wheelchair accessible with handicapped spaces, ramps, and ground-level entry. Although the menu is limited in vegetarian options, families with kids still find it a good choice thanks to its kid-friendly atmosphere and affordable Happy Meals. The restaurant maintains a standard quality for its usual food, though some items like the hash brown may occasionally be overcooked or not meet expectations. Overall, McDonald's offers a reliable and convenient dining experience with some areas for improvement, especially in menu variety and order accuracy.
