Sushi was very good. Tasted fresh. Large cuts of fish for my Sashimi and Nigiri. We were a party of 7 on Father's Day. The place was busy but they were quick with our larger than normal orders. My daughter and I ordered the sushi boat. Three others had 2 rolls each, and two guests had chicken dishes (they were large portions). We rarely go out for sushi. Just on special occasions. Sushi places for us have been hit or miss. We will definitely be back here. The place was clean. The food was great. The service was good. The atmosphere was cool. Good job Fancy Q

I ordered the chicken hibachi plate off the lunch menu . I was not at all impressed. I’ve had hibachi before plenty of times and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed by one. What I didn’t like about it was the veggies were hard and tough. they didn’t steam it enough. I love a crunch to my veggies but it felt damn near raw to be honest. The liquid they cooked it in was very watery and not enough flavor. I was expecting a kind of a “glaze” consistency. The chicken was cut up way too big in my opinion. It lacked flavor as well as the noodles. The soup was excellent though I guess that’s where the flavor went. I’ll probably try it again but not any time soon.

Delicious food whatever you like...hibachi, sushi, rolls, soup, salad, kani salad, spring rolls...We have had all these and more. Their hot sake also is very good...However best part of all our visits is having Christy take care of us. She is pleasant, helpful when we have questions when choosing something for the first time or details about the sauces & preparation. We ask for her whenever we visit. We just visited again on Sunday. Fancy Q is wonderful and she is 5-star.!

Fancy Q has the BEST hibachi I’ve ever had. And the sushi has the freshest fish I’ve ever tasted. I would highly recommend fancy Q to anyone to asks.
