I have never been to a bad jersy Mike's til today. 1. The bread was so skinny and small I made a comment about it and was told all the rolls were like that. 2. When I get home the bread was stale and so hard I had to throw the bottom piece away. 3. The young gentleman that was there clearly did not want to be...and looked like the young lady working was clearly uncomfortable working with him.
After paying 25.00 for 2 sandwiches I I expected more. Again...never had a bad jersey mike experience until today. What a shame. The manager and corporate should be ashamed.

It's been at least 10 years since I have had Jersey Mike's. I remember it being way different than what it was today. The bread today was barely cooked, like it was almost white on the bottom and had 0 crisp what s ever to it. I remember the meat being more flavorful too, this one was just mediocre and was shaved paper thin including the cheese which you couldn't even taste due to how think it was sliced. This tasted on the same level as a subway sub. Not worth the price. You can get a Pub Sub for about the same amount and that will fill you up a lot more. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be coming back. Maybe in another 10 years I will see if they got any better.
