Placed an uber eats order with ended up being the wrong bread. This is a regular occurrence here when you order ahead unfortunately. This has happened a few times over the last few months. I seriously think the issue is the young staff trying hard to be social and talk to Guests that they miss the fundemental value of following an instruction. It’s very frustrating but the manager Tony (I think that was his name) offered a full sub on the house. He suggested I put the order in and then call and let them know Tony said it was on the house. It’s a lot of work and I appreciate the gesture but Judging by some of these comments perhaps a quick staff refresh would be helpful. Let’s get to the point where we can socialize and be 100% accurate in our jobs. Merry Christmas

Great service! The staff was very friendly and gave me a recommendation of the Chipotle Pastrami hot sub. I was worried that it might be pork but he assured me it was beef. I decided to trust him and got the sandwich. Best decision ever! The sandwich was 🔥! However I must admit I did go on the website to look up the Pastrami ingredients and sure enough it was beef, so it's great to know that the staff are both knowledgeable and friendly!😊

I don't usually write reviews. And I like Jersey Mike's enough to where I could go to any Jersey Mike's and enjoy the subs. And I have done. I've been to plenty of Jersey Mike's and I've always loved their subs. That being said the experience I had overall at this Jersey Mike's has been the most superior of them all. It demanded a most grateful review. They have a very special crew in Tony, Carrie and Joe. They are standouts. Each and every one. There was a small line when I walked in to where I had to wait just long enough to where I kind of got lost watching Carrie dress and finish sandwiches. She does this with a care and attention to detail that is unmatched. She makes them beautifully. The man who's sandwich she was making before mine remarked that she made his sandwich "Perfect" and standing behind him I could help but echo with a laugh "He isn't lying, that WAS absolutely perfect." She looked up and with the brightest smile said "Thank you, I really try." I told her that she was fantastic. She literally makes them like she is making them for a commercial shoot, or I imagine, how she would make them for herself. Joe is a machine on the grill par excellence. And you can tell he is a great cook at home just by the way he carries himself on that grill. And Joe is fast but there isn't the slightest drop in quality. His experience shows. And Tony is a bright and gracious leader that quite obviously wants to make his customers as happy as he can. And he does and will go out of his way to make sure of it. They are the best. So good. I was so absolutely impressed with the whole 10 minute experience that I honestly believe that this Jersey Mike's, with that crew, is the best Jersey Mike's around. Bravissimo, Carrie, Joe and Tony!!!! And thank you for such a great experience!

I've ordered delivery from this place twice. Both times, they ignored the toppings on my sandwiches and also put hardly anything on them. Imagine spending $18 for a giant roast beef sandwich to only get 3 slices of tomato over the whole thing and no pickles at all. They take advantage of you because you ordered delivery and can't hold them responsible for correct toppings/amounts in person. AVOID for delivery.

I would need a book to describe how good the customer service is at this establishment! Joe and his crew offer superior customer service to each and every person that walks through their door. In a world where good customer service is a thing of the past this is such a refreshing place to walk into! Evidently it's not just my opinion, they have the Awards to prove it! They were voted best customer service around in 2024. It is extremely obvious to me and many others why they earned this fitting reward.
