This location should be awarded for the WORST AND SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. Starting by waiting at least 10 mins to order on drive thru and then at least 15 mins at the window and then they sent you to park for another 20 mins. All that for 1 happy meal. Unfortunately is the closest McDonald's to Plymouth neighborhoods but this was my last time. I will never visit this location ever again.

This is literally one of the slowest McDonald's locations I've ever been to. I deliver for uber. And have had to wait almost a half an hour on food on multiple occasions. It comes to hair system and is supposed to be ready for us when we get here. But if you are an Uber driver, you are always going to come last here. It doesn't matter who orders come in after you've been there for 10 or 15 minutes basically until they get a little low in the line, you are not going to get your food. And this has been the case literally every time I've been here except for one I believe. Under multiple different managers working at the time.

I order a camel coffee with extra ice and 2 creams almost everyday, and that is what I want 2 creams , not extra cream , i get one a week right , when the person taking the order makes it , there in only a special request button . If I ask for it to be remade if it looks like pure cream they ask me to move up & make me wait longer . Please make my coffee right , I order how I want to drink it !!

Hit or miss. Friendly staff. Been there enough to realize they either are short staffed or poor management with poor processes. Forgets the sauce for happy meal 8/10 times. Most of the time I'm asked to park in a slot for a simple basic order like a happy meal. I would go to another but it's the only convenient option for a kids happy meal. I hope they work on their internal processes.
