I went to McDonald’s yesterday, and while it was understandably hectic due to the hurricane lots of people were there charging their devices and using the Wi-Fi the experience was still great. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, I was asked to park so they could bring my food to me. Despite the chaos, I could see all the workers, especially the younger ones, doing their best under a lot of pressure.

Sometimes they get my food wrong but the manager Xavier is great! He always rectifies the issue and apologizes on his employees behalf. He never dismisses anything that I have to say about my order or visit. Thank you Xavier!
