Our server Arlene was top notch, she is very nice and polite waited on us in a very excellent manner, and her manager Scott was attentive to any needs that was needed. All was outstanding.

I was there Sunday morning the place cold manager would turn the heat on, no one in the place but me and my crew took over 35 minutes to get our food only 2 of us ordered
And all the food was cold complete plate everything on mine and his cold. It seems like manager's just don't care about costumer service no more.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Sunday breakfast(10/26/25) with Jennifer as our waitress and a very attentive manager. They kept the packed restaurant crowd calm, satisfied, proved that they cared for us and appreciated our patronage. We will return often! TJ

We came to Perkins at 10:30 p.m. this evening on our way home from Orlando. The manager, Heim, greeted us and took our orders. She was very pleasant and assertive and checked on us during our meal. We were the last ones in the restaurant but we felt comfortable, we were not rushed, and we were invited to come again. It was a pleasant experience and Heim is a very sweet Lady!

Great experience! Warmly welcomed as we entered by the manager, Scott. Such a sweetheart. And our server, Sheila, couldn't have been more efficient and attentive. It's nice to see people who actually enjoy their work. :) Thumbs up Perkins!

I go to Perkin’s every week with my friend Dianne. We are always greeted warmly and professionally by Scott or James the managers as soon as we walk through the door. Scott usually seats us and takes our drink order right away. We usually have Angela as our waitress who is also a pleasure. Scott comes over to check on us and make sure all is well.

Walked into Perkins of Apopka and within seconds I was greeted by this very professional host I later found out that his name was Scott and that he was the manger on duty. Scott brought me to my table and as I was getting seated he was letting me know about the wonderful promotions going on like the Burger, Fry, Pie and also asked if I would like to taste one of their Botrista beverages would I took him up on. I had the Rum Punch and it was delicious , now comes the server who was just as friendly as Scott I believe her name was Arlene. The way she knew everything on the menu I believe she was a seasoned server. Arlene served me the best California Benedict I have ever tasted the eggs were cooked perfectly and the avocado was delicious and I also got a nice cold glass of orange juice. I will definitely will be back to Perkins of Apopka with my family and friends because after an experience like this I want to share it with as many people as I can ….Way to go Scott and Arlene and kudos to you Perkins for hiring these two amazing people.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the charming manager Scott seating us within minutes , The dishes we had at Perkins were perfectly balanced, with the omelet cooked to perfection. Our server Arlene was so attentive making sure our cups stayed full and our food hot ! the decor created a relaxing atmosphere. It was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish

Great food, friendly atmosphere and our server Miss Benet was courteous and jovial even after 12hr shift.

Heim the manager was the greatest! She was so nice and friendly made a fresh pot of coffee for us . When my friend said he was cold she brought over a nice sweater for him to warm up with while we ate! We diffently will be back ! And the food was great!
