Adrian's Fish & Chips in Apopka is a gem of a Peruvian restaurant celebrated for its fresh seafood. The cod in the fish and chips has the perfect crispy batter ratio and is served in a unique boat presentation. The menu includes fresh and vibrant salads, along with Peruvian dishes like "Mixto Ceviche" and "Acevichado Maki Roll." Guests have praised the soft shell conch and haddock for their freshness, comparable to the best seafood from New England. The restaurant has a chic ambiance and friendly staff, with an impressive selection of beers and cocktails. Customers appreciate the attentive service, with waitstaff ensuring drinks are always full.

Recently, a visitor was drawn to the Peruvian menu but opted for the Fish & Chips. They chose the Haddock and found it delicious, with seasoned breading and perfect frying.
