You close at 10:00 P.M., but your guy tells me I have to get my food to-go at 9:15 P.M. despite others ordering inside without incident.
Your manager gives me resistance when I want a refund and tries to cop an attitude.
This level of service is unacceptable.
Waited 30 minutes for a cold burger, a missing cup of chili and when I went up to the counter for help I was ignored by every member in the kitchen until someone came up to give a door dash out and then the girl said I'm new and can't help you and walked off. I waited and tried to save down a few more people just to be ignored. I'm not a confrontational person and got so irritated I needed up just leaving. Extremely upset.
