Everything you want in a food truck. Lamb tacos were excellent and the Pollo Asado was amazing. If I lived in the area, I would eat here regularly.

The food is good but there's definitely a language barrier as there's nobody that speaks fluent English.

the best tacos. and the service is spectacular. I have been coming here for 4 years and sometimes I shop elsewhere but I can't find a better place. I don't understand the bad reviews that some gave. For me they are all lies. The people are very humble and very loving.

Garibaldi's is our favorite restaurant in Apopka. The fajitas for 2 is awesome and it comes with steak, chicken, carnitas and shrimp. The meats are well seasoned and the serving size was just right for me and my wife. Great atmosphere and the service has always been good. Did I mentioned the drinks are very good too?

The atmosphere is really great! It’s not “hitting you over the head” Mexican atmosphere - it was subtle and comfortable. They have inside and outside seating areas. Inside they have a section with high top tables near a TV and where we sat, in a booth. The booths are comfortable and roomy. They do have regular tables in the same area as the booths. I digress… the food and service is what you’re interested in, right? We’ll, my friend and I went for lunch and we were seated right away. Miguel was our server and he was friendly and attentive. He took our drink order and gave us some time to decide on our lunch. They had so many good things on the menu, I was having a hard time deciding on what to order. He answered my questions and took our order. The food was awesome! I had the Quesadilla Veracruz which was with shrimp! It was fantastic! My friend had the “make your own” 2 quesadillas - one beef and one chicken. We were both very happy and Miguel refilled our drinks when they needed it. I’m planning to bring hubby back! I’ll definitely return!

This management staff is the very rude and arrogant. When asking to accommodate a patron with a disability, they refused. They could care less about the comfort of customers. We have encountered this issue many times but decided to give it one more chance. It was horrible.
