Ordered online & my order was cancelled. No reason was given. I get there to pick up my food at expected time & see my order cancelled via email. No apologies given … nothing. Just told to repay again (even though my account is still on hold from my initial cancelled transaction). Then they forget half my food and utensils. They all need retraining and customer service!

We order takeout frequently from this location and have been pleased, however, today we placed an order that said it would be ready by 5:03, at 5:20 I was still waiting while they delivered a larger to go order to someone I saw ordering when I walked in the door a few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. The staff was barely responsive when I asked about my order. She purposely didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't leave a review. Apparently has never heard of Google.

The food was good, the service was outstanding, the step was all very friendly and went above and beyond to make the visit pleasant. My wife wanted something that wasn't available on the menu, and the manager went and talked to cook-he agreed to make it, so I didn't have to sleep on the couch tonight! The great visit and a great job by the whole team there. 😁
