Firehouse Subs Shoppes of Auburndale

I cannot recommend this Firehouse subs. Management continually is unable to restock. They are very often out of Roast Beef, Pastrami, Brisket and other offered products. It can't be supply chain because all other Firehouse subs in area never have an issue. Also notice they are quick to respond to positive reviews but never respond to negative reviews and attempt to explain the issues and you get no answers from the employees just Manager is not available which explains it all.

Ordered food. Missing food, drinks, chili was cold, and sub was made wrong. For a place that supports first responders you would think they would have better standards for customer service.

They were very rude to my husband & I making us feel like we were the worse person , Manager from yesterday she wasn't professional at all, this is only three minutes from my home and i rather drive to the winter haven one that its more nicely than here

The attitude this employees and manager have its out of this world, will definitely not come back to this location i rather go 30 minutes away to my next closest firesub than this one that is only 3 minutes away! very dissapointed

This store went from 5 star to zero.in nine months. 3 of the last 4 orders.were wrong. Buyer beware.

Worst place ever!! Wouldn’t match the online prices. No owner was there to speak with. The soup was over seasoned with black pepper. The place had a portable air conditioner right in front of the cashier because I am assuming something wrong with the A/C. Tonight visit wasn’t professional at all..

Firehouse subs are always good but this location has some other issues. AC didn't seem to be working well, it was a bit warm and humid inside. Out of white bread, sweet tea and Coke and some flavors of chips.
