Our pizza came with NO cheese on half of the pizza. There is only cheese in the middle of the pizza. When I called to tell them there is only cheese in the middle the manager Tiffany told the lady Michelle to tell me that they weighed the ingredients and it was made correctly. I said you may have weighed the ingredients but the cheese was all put in the very center of the pizza . The first half of the pizza is only crust and sauce, then meat, then cheese. She repeated we made it correctly. My parents refuse to go to this location and will only get it from the Polk City location. I should have listened. Polk City location pizza is night and day from the Auburndale location.

I ordered a small ham pizza and a garden salad that was supposed to take an hour and twenty minutes. It was really an hour and forty five minutes. Once it did arrive, the driver sat in her car for a good 10 minutes. When she does come to my door, she’s brought the wrong pizza and tried to get me to keep it. My salad was not the way I asked for it and I was not given the dressing I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant about the driver being so late, and they were rude to me. Once I saw that my salad was way wrong I tried calling the restaurant again but they kept hanging me on hold. I tried multiple times. I love hungry howies pizza but this will be the last time I order from them!

You can tell employees are trying worst thing you could ever do is take customer service out of the customer service industry. To have an automated system to populate times orders would be ready. All to have customers waiting an extra 45 mins!! We have ordered from this hungry howies for forever. But I can tell you tonight will probably be the very last time we do. In no kind of way are these employees set up for success. Having to deal with irritated customers all because the company themselves don't really comprehend what customer service is! Meaning not a call center who has people answering the phone, who DONT know how busy the store may be! Get it together.

Brandon was wonderful. Was welcoming and kind to each of the customers that walked in. Even went as far to compliment other customers. Definitely an amazing employee! The pizza was good and made in a great amount of time!
There customer service is horrible love hungry howies but the last couple times I got my food it was horrible so time to find a new pizza

Do not trust the app time. It just lies and is just automated. You can count on double or triple the time it says. Ordered at 7pm anothet night and showed up at 930pm.

We ordered a pizza cut in half with two different toppings and the pizza was comedically not half and half. Like three pieces had olive and 5 had pepperoni. On top of that, our order note was ignored and our driver swerved through the neighborhood on the Fourth of July where kids are playing and he almost hit a car. When we called to tell a manager, not even expecting a refund just hoping for a remake on another day, he gaslit us by saying he's been doing this for 13 years and couldn't have possibly messed up a pizza. I told him we didn't have a picture, because obviously if just one piece is gone then we can't prove that the pizza wasn't split in half. Basically make sure you order take out and avoid having to talk to that manager if you can
