You can tell employees are trying worst thing you could ever do is take customer service out of the customer service industry. To have an automated system to populate times orders would be ready. All to have customers waiting an extra 45 mins!! We have ordered from this hungry howies for forever. But I can tell you tonight will probably be the very last time we do. Brandon was wonderful. Was welcoming and kind to each of the customers that walked in. Even went as far to compliment other customers. Definitely an amazing employee! The pizza was good and made in a great amount of time!

I ordered delivery, while at work. The whole process was very friendlyand hassle free. The food was delivered hot and much quicker than what was told or expected, and the driver was really nice. Great experience !
