I ordered online on my way home since I’d be passing the store. The wait time said 15 min. After I placed the order it jumped up to 65 min. I called to cancel. The phone rang for a minute then a recording picks up telling me they will be right with me. I made it to Pizza Hut and was still on hold. I walk in while on hold.
