I called Pizza hut and customer Service placed my order at the wrong location, so when I arrived for my pizza they had no pizza for me, which I was kinda disappointed about.Alex, one of the employees told me he could help me and took my order and apologized for the inconvenience which wasnt his fault. I had just got off from work and was overly tired and hungry, but he definitely made the 15mins worth the wait. Thank you Alex for you great customer service ? And the pizza looked...
On 10/23/23 the lady who was running the store that night (Maxine) was fantastic. Her driver was awol and asked me to pick up order. She gave a discount and was a lovely person to speak with. Makes having to drive to pick up worth even minute. Thank you Maxine!
Food places take a lot hits when "bad" stuff happens, but in this case, my experiences have all been great at this Pizza Hut. They're trying - really hard - you can tell, as a branch that just opened and are trying to get in the groove of business. I've always found them to be great - and the food has always been good, as well. I have zero complaints - and thus the 5 stars.
