Domino's Pizza offers a generally enjoyable pizza experience with a friendly and efficient team. The gluten-free pizza is a good choice for those with dietary restrictions. Customers have praised the excellent customer service, especially from the manager and delivery drivers, who go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The staff are pleasant, greet customers upon entrance, and provide fast service. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy, such as missing toppings or incorrect requests, which can spoil the mood. The restaurant is advised to pay closer attention to orders and ensure proper glove changes before handling food to improve the overall experience.
Customers have noted that the pizzas from this specific Domino's location are generally good, but the prices can be higher than other nearby Domino's restaurants. Some customers have reported that the restaurant has started charging extra for additional toppings on the two-topping pizza deals, which was not the case before. One customer has contacted Domino's support to inquire about getting delivery from a different location.
Despite these issues, the restaurant has also received positive reviews, with one customer describing the pizza as "delicious" and the service as "great" and "welcoming." The restaurant has also been praised for its support of the local Scouting community, with one customer expressing gratitude for the restaurant's donation of pizza to their Scouting group.
Overall, Domino's Pizza offers a generally enjoyable pizza experience, with a focus on customer service and community involvement, but the restaurant may need to address concerns about pricing and order accuracy to maintain a consistently positive customer experience.
