In my opinion the Cheesecake Factory has gone down hill. The food quality is lower. I had found hair in my salad. The service is much slower. Lastly, what I really do not like is the outdoor area for eating. Birds flying in all the time. People bring their dogs in on leashes. So unsanitary. The prices are so high and not worth the meal.
First time at a cheese cake factory, and the menu is dizzying. Lines were spectacularly long, and getting a table took 15-20 mins for two. There seemed to be empty tables they didn't fill due to lack of staff? Who knows. The hostess took us to a table without any utensils (had to take them from another table) and the table seated immediately after us had finished their food by the time our orders came. To be fair, they did order two salads, but our burger and meatloaf didn't...
Ordered the burger from the hh menu. The burger was extremely salty. I didn't finish it. Fries were great though and the wheat bread. And it just sends like its extremely loud.
