Just went through the drive through. Ordered three meals that cost $40 dollars. Didn't have time to check my order. Got home and was missing the sandwich that cost the most on the menu. Not happy at all

I ordered a Reuben sandwich with an order of fries, ranch dressing through the drive-thru and two sliders. I had to move up in line. They brought me the sandwiches but not the french fries the lady went back in and brought me the curly french fries but without the ranch dressing the Reuben was so salty you could hardly eat it. the french fries were overcooked. I understand this is fast food but maybe you should check the orders before you hand them to somebody to make sure nothing's missing. This is my second time of giving Arby's a chance because I said I'd never go back there but I was craving a Reuben sandwich.

food was cold Luke warm at best. Every fast food chain seems to be that way anymore. That’s why I don’t stop in them very often, and the fact I did was stupidity on my part.

Always great food, employees are happy to help and friendly. Great atmosphere. Plenty of parking and easy to get into.
It was okay. They had no turn overs, apple or cherry and they didn't care. Worked for fast food before, not an easy job ,but if you can't put your best foot forward in that job then you probably won't in any job.
