I love Arby's - but - Food is just getting worse and worse. Cold sandwich, stale chewy curly fries. It was literally a waste of money and not the first time. Ketchup instead of Arby's sauce. No napkins. Almost didn't get my drink out the window. In too much of a hurry maybe? Nice person at the window, just rushing. Each experience is a new adventure. But the food- no excuse.

Erica in the drive thru aka assistant manager/manager was in a meeting all day. Well that was the reason I got for her being extremely rude, disrespectful, mouthy, argumentative, and extremely nasty to customers in the drive thru around 10 pm on 2/18/2025..

Serving RAW chicken is a health concern and this location should be shut down. from the reviews I see this isnt the first time they’ve done this.
Just went through the drive through. Ordered three meals that cost $40 dollars. Didn't have time to check my order. Got home and was missing the sandwich that cost the most on the menu. Not happy at all

I ordered a Reuben sandwich with an order of fries, ranch dressing through the drive-thru and two sliders. I had to move up in line. They brought me the sandwiches but not the french fries the lady went back in and brought me the curly french fries but without the ranch dressing the Reuben was so salty you could hardly eat it. the french fries were overcooked. I understand this is fast food but maybe you should check the orders before you hand them to somebody to make sure nothing's missing. This is my second time of giving Arby's a chance because I said I'd never go back there but I was craving a Reuben sandwich.

They are very polite here and quit frankly great at their job. They seem to work in unison together. Their roast beef sandwiches are great.
