Stopped at the drive thru for a vanilla shake, asked them if they had shakes, the lady said she would check, came back, asked me what flavor, told her vanilla, gave me the shake, left and didn't check it, well I should have, it was just pure liquid, she was very rude as well, not a people person, will not be back!!

I went with my family today June 29,2024 by 5:00 pm to this restaurant (Burger King Avon Park) I went drivethru and i had a family cupon that I wanted to use . They ask for my order and I mention that I wanted to use my cupon by the drivethru and by then no body told me nothing else i waited some time but no body answer. so i drive by the next Window and the manager opend the Window and was very unpolyte , rude and racist to us when i show her our cupón and told her that i didnt speake English. She call another employee that spoke spanish and that employee was very kind and tried to help us with our order but the manager Stephenie and the other manager that was at the store didnt let her take our order they told her to say to us that we had to go back again to the line at the drivethru to make our order again . I felt very bad with the way they trited me and my family and because the employee tried to help us but they didnt let her do it . I was Just asking for a service!!! At the end we could not buy anything and cross the road to another fastfood (MC donald) . I had to say I Will never visit this place again because People like this two" managers" should not work at this places and even more have this positions when there are better employees that deserves it !! I appreciate the employee that tried to help us because girl you make a difference at that place God allowed you one day to get that position you deserve !!

The lady who works here in the drive thru, the one who always says to wait, and then takes forever to take your order, is very rude & nasty. She has the worst miserable attitude n I think she’s the manager smh. Then you wait forever to get cold old food. Will never come back here.

The worst Burger King in south central Florida, the workers don’t make your order correctly, then takes 20 minutes to get your cold food, when you say something about it, they tell leave the restaurant!! Burger King need’s to be reviewed by the state of Florida for failure to provide the service that customers are paying high prices for!!!!! I will no longer eat at Burger King restaurants!!
