My food was cold, my read was not toasted and there was not very much brisket on the sandwich. I wanted to add a photo of my sandwich,it doesn't offer the option.

I'm always weird about stopping at franchises I've never been to in other places because "What if this one is bad" compared to the other ones I'm used to but this one pleasantly surprised me. The person that took my order was very kind and worked well with me when I wanted something in the menu that they didn't technically have anymore but they remembered how to make it so I got it anyway. So awesome service!

My wife ordered or family of 5 online and all I have to do is pickup I always asked them to separate the food to make sure the order is correct and all there the shift manager told me I will give you bags to separate the food yourself and the food is all there fine no problem check the food told her something is missing and she said nothing missing I said ok when I got home and passed out everyone food something was missing a chicken sandwich so I called Checkers and told them I was just there and a sandwich was missing the swift manager that told me everything was there also said yes a chicken sandwich was missing so I had to go back.to correct the mistake they gave a loaded French fries but I wanted some wings she told me she couldn't give me wings for her mistake no problem my family of 5 will NOT be eating here again just another fast food place that won't be seeing our money again.

The customer service was good just the chicken bites w/fries and the new bite Buford tasted like it was done before and reheated. I have never experienced that type of taste and texture at this Checkers before.

I lice near by and my great niece and I walked my dog over to there place and we had a late night snack even the dog! She was staying over and she gets bored easily, so this is where we ended up! This place has been in this location for a long time, I can remember going to for lunch when I was in the my fast paced working days! It's all in the people that run & or own because it's always better than any of there other places in that franchise and it has a little pinic area great for late night in the summer months or lunch! Cars sit in there large parking area & yes there is a drive through as well! Nice to see that it still stands above & there very friendly staff had no problem with an older guy with his dog & 11 year old niece sitting on the curb by the pick up window! There are not many good places out there so this is one!
