We went there as we always do to get dinner and when our food was handed to us we realized we forgot sauce so we asked the gentleman for hot sauce and he closed the window in my face and wouldn’t come back To give us sauce how ridiculous is

Food is decent. But they forgot my fries which I was looking forward to….. kind of ruined my experience. They need to check orders because I paid extra for something and didn’t get it which is absolutely ridiculous.

I hardly go to checkers but when I want a fresh sloppy good burger I stop there. Saturday night 12/9/23 we go to checkers we ordered and then we was told to go to the next window to wait on the food The food was ohk Tuesday night 12/12/23 we go back same thing ordered the food and was told to go to the next side Food was awful I ate what I could and trashed the rest We asked for onions on the Big Buford and low and behold we get onion rings

Everything was going well until lady at the window Amy told us the total again and she made a mistake and we told her and her tone seemed annoyed and with attitude.. It’s ok to mess up every once in awhile but don’t give attitude to someone for ur mistake. WE THOUGHT it was fine when the total seemed correct and we retold her the order. BUT SOMEHOW we still got the wrong order. 3 fries and a chicken sandwich.. when it was suppose to be a chicken meal, and the bacon Zilla with just fries… IM MISSING A WHOLE SANDWICH AND GOT EXTRA FRIES WHEN I DIDNT EVEN SAY EXTRA FRIES. reasons why I haven’t been to checkers in awhile I forget how terrible it is. And no I didn’t go bak to fix it, had to be at work didn’t have the time. I do know they go on a smoke break but they should lay off the marijuana during work … “break” hours …

Delicious food. Mostly great service. If they do get your order wrong they're nice about fixing it. One of my favorite fast food. I can't have wheat or cheese. They are great when I order a baconzilla with only the bacon and meat. Always good food.

Wow, has this place gone down hill since covid. Had a blt sandwich. Back when they were a dollar they were great tasting. Now, the price has jumped to $2.99 and everything seemed skipped on. Very little lettuce and one very thin piece of tomato. Even the mayo was skimped on. Used to love Checkers, but this is my last visit.
