I've been picking up my weekly order since the store opened, it's 1 of the few places that I trust and don't have to worry about quality and the staff is wonderful!!

After reading a few of the posts that were kind of STUPID, please remember that whatever you do for a living I'm pretty sure YOUR NOT PERFECT!

I bought a 4.00 order of loaded hash browns and the container was half full. Also got a boston cream donut and they threw it in the bag with the frosting down! And these are the people with a tip jar on the counter!

so I've lived in this small town for more than 20 years.. So I am well aware of where to get good service at in this town and where not .. With that being said, this Dunkin' Donuts has always had literally the best Customer service, cleanliness, and accuracy . Them employees that work there really do show up every morning with a smile . I Absolutely love that for any business that I give my money to. that's it . thanks for being great

The food at this Dunkin’ is good, but the service definitely needs improvement. My order was simple, yet the process was confusing and frustrating. I received my sandwich first, and then had to wait separately at a different counter just to get a single glazed donut. No explanation, no updates—just an awkward wait for one item that should’ve been handed to me with the rest of my order. The food itself was fresh and tasted great, but the disorganized service took away from the overall experience. A little more coordination and communication from the staff would make a big difference.

Attempted to get a side order of bacon. The bacon was presented as a ball, not strips. When asked questions about the bacon was told that was bacon. The server then took the bacon and threw it away. They started to make another order which looked the same. When asked to speak to manager the manager was the server. Just left without bacon. Not sure when bacon started looking like a ball.

So the drive thru gets there coffee but when you go in side no service?Such rude staff yes definitely under staffed but the two employees that were working were so rude I can’t believe they spoke to me in the manner they did I asked if there able to take my order staff statement was if you want to work here go ahead we are hiring bet you couldn’t last.

I was very disappointed by the atmosphere. The tension and hostility between staff members were palpable and made for a very uncomfortable experience in the lobby. It's clear that management needs to improve how the team is managed. Guests should never be exposed to such unprofessional behavior. I actually felt bad for the employees who have to deal with that kind of environment every day.

This Dunkin Donuts has terrible customer service with the entire crew looking and acting like they hate their job ! Might want to have a pep talk with them to adjust their attitudes !!!!!

I ordered through Uber. I got everything but my two half dozen donuts. The app only let me pick a variety option and they told my driver they had no donuts!!! I called and they said they didn't have the variety. I stayed so you only have one type of donut and they said no we have all different kinds I said that's what variety is!!! My driver went back to get my donuts.

Always getting the order wrong. Very honestly I don't see how Dunkin' donuts stays in business. Order one thing in a certain way can you get completely the opposite.
