With that being said, this Dunkin' Donuts has always had literally the best Customer service, cleanliness, and accuracy . Them employees that work there really do show up every morning with a smile . The food at this Dunkin’ is good, but the service definitely needs improvement. My order was simple, yet the process was confusing and frustrating. I received my sandwich first, and then had to wait separately at a different counter just to get a single glazed donut. No explanation, no updates—just an awkward wait for one item that should’ve been handed to me with the rest of my order. The food itself was fresh and tasted great, but the disorganized service took away from...
