The hot cheeto girls at this McDonald’s have no sense of manners. The old lady with the raspy cigarette voice speaks very rudely to you when placing order at the drive thru. It’s a shame. Do better.

Rude employees...breakfast is always quick after 3 pm your mostly always pulled forward to the last window to wait an extra 5 minutes to receive your food.

me and my friends all ordered online for counter pickup with 3 separate orders. we go up and the door is locked, so we go through drive through. this is partially our fault - we didn’t pay attention to time but the app still gave us the option. my friends order was the first code i gave and they said they didn’t have it. i gave the other two and they had them. my order was not 2 double cheeseburgers but 2 regular ones. we were missing all of our sauces. the toy in my friends happy meal was wrong. we went through drive through again and said the order code that they ‘didn’t have’ and i told them the first time that it was counter pickup. they have us pull up to the second window and they say “it was a counter order which is why it wasn’t in our system.” which i said the first time. whatever. they said the reason it wasn’t showing up was because the payment didn’t go through online. so we give a card to pay for it and as she presses a button on the kiosk and it goes through suddenly. the service wasn’t good and the food was usual for a mcdonalds

I treat myself to frappes as often as I am near,.....only IF frappe machine is working! The Avon Park location has been trying many, many times with remarks that their frappe machine is down!

What a real treat today, to find out, just how much GREED McDonald's has. The large sweet tea went from $1.47 to $2.47. Went up a whole $1.00
But I can buy a whole meal excluding a drink for $5.00
Guess who will be brewing her own tea.... I usually bought 2 or 3 a day.. Also childish staff. When I got this last tea. A few pieces of ice were in it. When I asked for some ice in my ICE tea the child told me it has ice..... Wanted to act like a 2 year old and talk back to me. The standards in this McDonald's has really went down in the gutter... I had been a customer for 🏧 18 years. Never going to give them another dime.

All the tables were dirty. They delivered to the table but there was a missing item. This seems to be the standard for McDonalds nowadays.
The AC is extremely cold, and it makes it uncomfortable to enjoy your food. Not my favorite MCDONALD'S. Had to come to my car and eat.

This place absolutely sucks. They always get ur order wrong and the employees are so rude. They ignore u when asked if they gave u everything and won't even look at the customer. If u can't even handle a customer service job what can u do? Start looking into that. Because customer service isn't for that crew.

The older lady working drive though tonight on 10-17-2024 . Very rude! Rushing customers to order. Very argumentive with customers about their choice of meals. Drive through very slow. Food is never fresh, you have to literally request it to be hot. Just hasn't been the same since Clara left . They need to just shut it down.
