I ordered on the mobile app expecting my food to be ready when I got there. In a hurry to go to church they tell me that im going to have to wait for my order to be made. Not being able to get my food nor a refund left my kids hungry and my pockets empty. Sebring McDonald's NEVER has this issue, so why does Avon Park?

Food is always made incorrectly. Workers are ignorant and don’t care. Took 4 different times to make my food correctly and at the end of the day all it means was I got 4x the amount of food I even ordered.
They need to fire employees who are a part of the problem and hire those who appreciate their jobs.

I have kids, kids like McDonalds.. every time I come to this specific location it’s the worst experience ever. They take FOREVER and then forget half your order. I always have to triple check and tell them what I’m missing or I know I’ll be driving back up here. They’re always out of everything, ice cream machines are ALWAYS down, and have the RUDEST people who work here. Would rather drive to Sebring or Frostproof just to avoid the catastrophe this place is.
