When you go to McDonalds (Avon Park, FL) order McDoubles and get regular cheeseburgers (wrappers even said McDouble) instead and big Mac with part of bun so hard you can not even crush it with fingers and only realize all this when you get home and sit down too eat. It takes time and gas to go back in traffic to complain and you consume anyway. This is NOT even good service and kind of typical for this particular store. Go to Sebring McDonalds instead. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

If you want to wait more than 20 minutes for your food, this is the ideal place. More than once at different times, I have had to wait a long time for the food in the parking lot and the staff is usually not friendly at all when the situation happens.

spent 20 minutes in drive thru. ordered with mobile app. got tired of waiting so tried to go inside and it's locked down like fort Knox so have to get back into the drive thru and spent another 10 minutes there.

The idiots that work here are truly stupid. They don’t know how to take it an order correctly, they don’t listen, they Goes cannot handle a simple order in the drive- through. They have no clue what they are doing. How hard is it to process a number seven?. They need to fire to fire the manager and all their employees and go automated because automation is clearly smarter than these jerks.

I will be calling the manager later today. The hours on the door said 5 am for indoor service and 24 hour service in the drive thru. Waited at the door for 10 minutes no one ever came to open the door. Went to the drive thru and we were asked to give her 10 minutes. What a horrible experience. We have stopped here before with poor service. 6 people standing around.

This place has terrible service, in drive-thru had to wait ten whole minutes and no one responded. The other side passed a good couple of cars and was told to wait after asking repeatedly there are nothing but rude people here. No one wants to work and my guess is that they we're playing around inside instead of taking orders when I passed by them. I will never come back to this nasty place....02/20/2024 (8:45pm)

Worst McDonald's in Florida, three strikes and your out cold food ALL the time, the sad thing is they made me pull over and wait twenty minutes and the food still came out cold. I'm a local and if I want McDonald's I have to go to Frostproof pretty sad. Stay far away go to the next town and or county!
