The food was excellent! It was home cooked, flavorful and prepared just right. Chicken breast is a hit-or-miss but it was nice and brown on the outside and juicy inside. Healthy and delicious!

We went at an of hour for lunch, but was greater nicely and friendly. Fruit salad, bourbon burger, and spaghetti and meatballs all were fresh and tasted very good.

Very bad experience today. Our first time and last time here. After waiting 15 min to even place our order it then took 50 min for our food to arrive. At about the 40 min mark of waiting we went and found and spoke to the owner who at the time had been at the bar watching soccer to let him know that a table that got seated 10 min after us had already gotten their food and the length of time we had been waiting and all he said was that he would check on it. He never came to the table to apologize or follow up. Two of the entrees (burger and chicken sandwich) came out first of which both of the meats were cold and the buns were hard as rocks… the server then took the burger back not to be remade but to have the bun switched out. Then after 7 minutes after the sandwich’s had come the two other entrees of “2” grilled chicken breasts came to the table. Still missing the side of coleslaw which came out 5 min afterwards. The “2” chicken breasts which we were told is what we were waiting on were horrible no flavoring at all…. Beware when they say it’s 2 chicken breasts because all they do is split your one chicken breast in half and tell you it’s two. So if you order the half order which is one chicken breast your only getting half of a chicken breast. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Me and the family had to take a day trip to Port Charlotte. From are home we took the back roads to and from. Doing this we passed through only a couple small towns with limited sit down restaurants. We came across this place and decided to give it a try. We are so happy to have stopped. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our server was on top of everything we asked for. She went above and beyond to provide great service. The dishes were unexpectedly some of the best food. The blackened cod we had was better than some steaks we have had from other restaurants. The chicken tenders were fresh not frozen. ( This is a big deal for my autistic son.) If we are ever back this way we will be returning!!!!

I dined here while visiting family in Florida. This is one of their favorite places to eat near their home, and it did not disappoint me either. The garlic parmesan wings were fat and juicy, but still crunchy on the outside. They were so meaty I couldn't even finish them all.
It may not be the prettiest dining room in the world, but the service was fast and everyone enjoyed their food.

Fried shrimp was tough and tasteless. Salad bar very limited on selection. Waitress never asked how was our meal as we asked for our ticket, with our plates barely touched....should have been an alarm that we didn't like the food! Won't be back.
