Wow pizza has been spot on! I had been craving Pizza Hut but was reluctant to try it, knowing that so many locations are subpar. My family and I have picked up several weeks in a row and really enjoyed it! The staff inside are always on it and super friendly. It's becoming our weekly tradition. Still miss the ole' buffet though š„. To the owner: keep up the amazing work!

I'm a DoorDash driver, and when I go to pick up any order, it's always ready or almost ready to go. The employees are always smiling and ready to help with whatever is needed. It's a great place, and its employees are wonderful.

I used to dine in, but I waited for my pizza and ate in the car. It was delicious! Loved it. Under $20. I will be back. Really good sausage too. I've tried others around town, I particularly like the pizza hut style.

The food was cold. The boneless chicken wings or nothing but bread and they were hard as rocks. I paid $60 for wings and pizza for my kids and me. We ended up eating Subway because the food was so bad. I can only hope that this was a one-time incident. The fries that came with my food was supposed to be two orders of fries but it was a small order of fries that they've called a double order. I am severely disappointed in the way this Pizza Hut has been ran. The food was very bad. I wish they could make a hot pizza and wings that won't break your teeth.
Got a thin crust pizza 12/21/24. Threw it out... It was the worst I had. Almost no cheese, toppings were burned, crust was like cardboard. Had to pay for garlic sauce, cheese bread price is ridiculous. Over $32 and the dog got the poops from a small pinch of topping, crust he could not chew ! I would include photos but no way to do it.

I would leave no star if possible. The customer service was terrible so much so I canceled my order. I right after my online order because I did not have the option to change a sauce on line. The lady who picked up asked my name and said she could not find the order gave her my phone number. Before I could finish and say I just placed the online order she was rude (tone and verbiage) on how there was no order. I told her there was no need to be rude as I was trying to help her locate the order but she had hung up on me. I called back and the āmanagerā was just as bad. She refused to give me any names or who or where I could contact to make a complaint over the customer service as I just spent $32 on pizza. She told me my order was canceled. I asked her how I would be notified she kept saying I just told you. I explained I would like confirmation on the cancellation of the order and asked for her to direct me to who could confirm. She told me ultimately hung up the phone sending me to some sort of answering service. Of this is how āmanagersā manage customers itās no wonder why they employees respond to customers in the same fashion. Disgusting. Will never buy from this establishment again.

Be careful if you get pizza from here they donāt know how to read tickets, ordered a big dinner box and put extra sauce got it home and it had NO SAUCE AT ALL ruined my whole dinner and mood called up last night and the extremely rude big white lady with red hair had an attitude I asked if I could got something for their mess up and me having to drive all the way back to Avon park when I donāt live in the area and she said absolutely not and didnāt even apologize about their mess up and said I could get a $10 credit or bring the food back and they remake WITH ATTITUDE the order cost well over $30 not $10 that was an insult and then as im asking for the owner number she said I am the owner and hung up that right there set me off I went back there and got it remade and she was giving us death stares and not once said sorry they need a secret shopper in their from Pizza Hut headquarters to snoop around this one because their quality control and customer service is horrible I will be making more calls about and I put a dispute in with my bank AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT
