The footlong nachos are a joke. You can't put what you want on them. It's a small bag of dorritos with shredded cheese and cheese sauce. The chips don't fill the 12 inch container. If i could post a picture i would. The service was fine the restaurant was fine don't get the nachos

Completely horrible service. We arrived with a time crunch and needed to be in and out. No problem right? Well two people are in front of us and we think nothing of it. Now the lady directly in front of us had a large order, and we maybe sat for 20+ minutes waiting before we walked out. Now the guy doing the orders, great job. He looked stressed out and was doing his best to serve the lady and at the same time refilling the containers. Now while he was working we could tell someone was on the back just doing nothing and could audibly hear him! While we were there multiple people showed up behind us and this one dude still was the only one in the front! It's unacceptable for us to be waiting that long and yet they stayed in the back doing whatever they were doing! If it weren't for that one guy this place would get 0 stars

It is soo disappointing, So tonight at 9:18 I walked in subway and was immediately told there closed when the sign says open and it shows they close at 10:00pm I don’t know what’s going on but they need to hire adults and not these young girls that don’t like to work. All they like to do mostly is sit, tlk on the phone and refuse service.

Nothing like waiting 10 minutes at the counter with them in front of you for them not to even speak one word. All it takes is a “just a moment we will be right with you”. I guess making your customers feel completely ignored while standing there for 10+ minutes waiting to order is the new norm. 👎 if I could give negative stars I would. Completely unacceptable.
Also noting there was ONE other customer in front of us at the counter trying to pay. No one else was in there. Do better. At least speak to your customers.

The girls there are disrespectful and childish. I started coming more often due to good service but to be disrespected I will not come here again. It was four years before I decided to get subway again and the reason that stopped me was due to another subway nearby had roaches inside. And I happen to believe the girls be drinking while on the job.

Ordered online got wrong bread. Drove back called to complain girl inside ignored phone well playing on her cell phone. Ridiculous!
