The service in this location is lacking and I've had better products at the store further south from this one. I think that's where I'm going to be going from now on. This is a result because of the contempt and attitude, I received from the skinny little girl working the window, when I needed my order correct and she walked away. I can make food at home, I go out so that I don't have to. Definitely not to be given attitude and treated like I'm less of a person. Friday September 5th at 2:18 p.m.

Ordered the Luxe box. Most of it wasn't bad but the crunchy taco shell tasted like it was years out of date. It tasted like an old damp box smells.

Worst taco bell. I don't eat fast foods very often. Usually when someone sends me. But this store has been a disappointment all 4 times I have been there. Very dirty and poor made food. Sad cause corporate is destroying the food industry and here is a prime example of 20 dollars for fake tacos or 15 dollars for real tacos at the Mexican place near by. Can we get a reform on our food industry please. None of this is even remotely healthy or good for you anyway. Since sugar and corporate food Americans have been enfeebled and poisoned to where we think being tired is normal......

The lady at the drive thru tonight and at the register was sweet and kind, which I was also kind to them. I had to come inside because 3 things were missing from my order, 3 chalupas. The cooks didn't act thrilled but I was kind to all of them and when the girl at the register apologized I even said no problem at all and thank you. I get home and these gentlemen, and I use the word loosely, had over cooked/burnt all three chalupas and just threw them together! This was very disappointing!

I got two double stacked tacos and asked for hot sauce. I noticed when Ciera took my money that she had those white food handler's gloves on...is she making food and taking money with the same gloves on? That's just gross...tried to call them but the phone just steady rings busy...oh, and she forgot the hot sauce too

After a bad experience with Wendy's, we went to Taco Bell. It was dirty and no one was there to help us. Very unhappy.

I went to this Taco Bell through the drive-thru and ordered a crunchwrap without cheese/sour cream and replaced the meat for beans. They got it wrong, and I'm not exaggerating, THREE times in a row. Every time I'd check, there'd be sour cream, there'd be meat, or cheese. One of those or a combination. I got tired of going around and around and just gave up after the last time. I swore I'd never go back after that, but I did EVENTUALLY. I said 'no way it'll be as bad as last time.' But guess what! It happened again! They messed up my order at least twice! What is going on in there??? I received coupons for free food or something. Yeah, never using those... Crazy.

Well it seems that the store manager and the owner doesn't care about the customers and what they have to say, but I'm gonna go ahead say what most people won't. First off whoever is the order taker in drive thru needs to stop rushing people to place their orders because when u do that is pisses them off and the order gets taken all wrong. Second off when u read the order back and it's what that person ordered then that's what they should get not some ramdon bs because that's what the order taker decides to charge for. I would rather go to one of the Mexican stores to get real tacos then to every go back to avon park taco bell. So on that note good luck on making this store a better place.
