Paul was very very rude n told me he was gonna call the cops because I went back to told him why did he refuse my order when I pulled up n told him my order he didn’t hear me !! Not my fault u can’t hear me get better headsets!!! I seen roaches all on the floor disgusting. Paul the general manager needs better communication skills for being a manager he has no patience whatsoever!!

So just went and ordered Mexican pizza it has no beef or tomatoes. I did not order it that way. I ordered nacho bell grande with chicken x sc x tomatoes I get no tomatoes absolutely ignorant people working here

This was the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. To starting off the place was clean, floors, tables... everything. So no hunting for a place to sit and eat.Next when checking out the manager, Paul, notified us that they had run out of large drinks, giving us time to change the order so we wouldn't be charged or go threw the hassle of a refund. He also provided us an extra cup because of the inconvenience.There was only a few minute wait for our taco & burrito craving pack and customized stacker. Which may I say was for us a shock not to have anything remade since our experience at other locations we always have to have something fixed due to customization.While eating the manager was checking on customers in the store to make sure they didn't need anything and that their experience was good. He even stopped and had a friendly conversation with my husband, my son, and myself.When finished we stopped to give complements and ended up having a great conversation with the very sweet Ilomene.Again complements to the whole staff Paul, Ilomene, Hugo, Xiomara, and Jamie. Ya'll did amazing and even made our day a little bit more cheerful. Thank you.
I ordered and told them what I wanted an still get wrong order this has happened several times now. Then take forever to correct there mistakes an it was not busy either. Going stop going there. Food cold an nasty.

Went by today and the food was great! A worker named Ciera was great help during my time there and super nice.
