Did not have items that were listed on menu in drive-thru. Was initially told they no longer had the listed as "NEW" item. Got to the window and was told they were out and did not know when they would get more. I advised that they should somehow mark the item out on the menu and was laughed at...

The food was ready when I got there but the drink wasn't.
All I asked for was the cup for my drink. Then, I had to wait for the woman to go to the drive thru, disappear for a minute or two, come back with my drink, put a sticker on it, get a straw, sticker that to my cup then give it to me. It's MY food and drink. I'm not a Door Dash order. I don't need any stickers on my box or my drink...
