“10/10! The Berkwood St Louis Sticky Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavorful that we found ourselves talking about them for days. The Hamachi Carpaccio was another standout, with the ponzu sauce and kefir lime oil perfectly complementing the yellowtail. We also enjoyed the Garlic Togarashi Edamame and Shrimp Tempura. I loved the Bee My Honey cocktail—it had just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. My fiancé ordered the Kabooki Old Fashioned and liked the mix of ginger syrup and cherry bark vanilla bitters.

The restaurant itself has a contemporary vibe, with low lighting and an intimate atmosphere. The service was great, and we’ll definitely be returning.“

“Husband and I were visiting Orlando for the first time and came across Maxine's on Shine. It is such an absolutely incredible charming restaurant! The food was outstanding, with generous and delicious portions, great prices, lots of options and vegan options and drinks but above all -- the hospitality was exceptional! From the greeting from the hostess, discussion with the bartender to the server, busser and owners, they all truly made us feel like a local to the city and appreciative of our business. You really can see the passion from Kirt and Maxine (owners) as it really shines through in every detail in their food, decor and ambiance of the restaurant and you can see that same passion in their staff! My husband and I went for dinner on a Saturday night and had such a wonderful experience that we simply had to go back on Sunday for the brunch before leaving town. Truly an AMAZING experience and such wonderful people! 100 STARS!!!“

The food options were healthy, fun, and creative. I especially enjoyed the dumplings and my husband devoured his mochi Wangz. We also tried Mr. Rice Guy which didn’t quite give the oomph we were looking forward to. Drunken Belly was pretty decent (a few pieces were a tad too fatty to fully enjoy). We’d 100% go back for the atmosphere and aesthetics alone. Service was phenomenal and the vibes were super chill.“

The venue offers something for everyone, regardless of age—our group ranged from 11 to 41 years old, and everyone had a blast. The food and drinks from the bar were fresh and delicious, and the DJ kept the party atmosphere lively. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. I recently went to Crisp & Green for the first time and they checked every single box. From the streamline assembly of your salad and the refreshing Agua Frescas to the service and atmosphere, I was more than impressed with my experience. “Thank you for serving my family 10/13 for an after dinner treat after eating at "Tasty Wok" (next door, amazing food for anyone wondering). I ordered the Halo Halo, Ube Brownie and two different scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone. Amazing flavors, exotic, original, whatever else you want to call it. My kids could not stop complimenting the ice cream. Everything felt clean for an ice cream shop. Another star would be added for this alone. Thank you again, we hope to return. (Ocala resident)“

All this is matched with this is an incredible group of staff who's very nice and all happy to assist. Prices are very fair for lunch and dinner items. Ordered the California burrito and will let you all know! So far the sauces they brought out have been amazing, as I asked for varying levels of hot. Okay, the burrito was fantastic. The only thing if I had to say anything, would be the tortilla chips needed to be a bit fresher. But that is the only thing I could say I would have liked more. That is me nitpicking through because this gets 5 stars and I rarely give any establishments 5 stars. Definitely come check it out! Just amazing“

“Went for lunch with the family on a Saturday afternoon. The customer service was excellent! The food was tasty, we had a good time. The veggie burger and onion rings were delicious. The kids meal was properly portioned. If you’re a man that eats a lot my husband recommends 2 burgers. Other than that, great meal and service. Stephany the manager gave us free ice cream to top off our meal. Definitely recommend!
