“I was in my in from out of town and stopped to grab a bite. Not only was the food hot and fresh. But I was greeted with such warmth. I don’t eat beef nor bread. McDonald’s has moved salads off the Menu. Trying to find something to satisfy me was hard but my mom’s needs were met. When the manager came out with our try to the table. She greeted us again and asked if there was anything else she could get for us. My mom made a comment that I wasn’t able to get anything and that we had been driving for a while. The manager then asked what did I like maybe she could suggest something . When I told her my eating habits she said. I can get you a bed of shredded lettuce and some cheese and tomatoes and put your chicken breast on top. This was the most generous thing I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. She told me that she wanted me to be satisfied and if I needed anything while visiting them she would do her best to accommodate me. My faith in people was elevated and I’ve become a fan of this restaurant. I will make it a must to visit when we travel back through. Ms. Helen was her name and I absolutely applaud her service and care for me as a customer. Over and beyond is a understatement.“

“Sweetest crew EVER here! My 17 yr old autistic daughter was having a meltdown and I was having a really hard day so there were tears and Candy came over and gave me the biggest sweetest hug and NooNoo spent time with us and everyone there was so over the top sweet and turned our super had day into a better one. Life is hard but sweet people like the people who work here make it bearable. It takes a village and I am so thankful we stopped in here for lunch today because today they were definitely my village and got me through. It warms my heart to feel the love of strangers who instantly feel like family when they show you how much they care. ❤️“

Her name was I’mani and she is a fantastic person to be who you interact with at the store. No matter what she is making now, she deserves a raise!!“

“Not going to exaggerate but this Wendy’s has really exceeded my expectations. Now, I came here before it was no other experience such as the one that I had today. The waiter/cashier Khymani (apologies for the misspelling) was the sweetest, caring and friendliest representative that greeted me soon as I walked through the door and that set the tone for how I knew something was different. Then the manager (I assumed) made me smile so hard with a warm reminiscent description and comment of my notorious B.I.G shirt that she remembers also when we were younger. It further helped ease my usual social anxiety, making me feel more at home. This experience really brings back great memories of the good old days.
