“Usually they are excellent! Ordered from them online and they never showed up. I also called and they didn't show up the second time that night after the mistake either. However, they did refund my money back quickly. I will order again obviously, because I do think they're very good. I'm going to chalk it up to one bad night at the Pizza Hut ?

“Great customer service and great pizza, i've seen this kids hussle when making the pizza when there is only 2 workers in there and cx start pouring in but they still do there thing. I know there are ppl who want a super quick in and out service but for me, it is fast enough and i'll take great cx service over anything “

“Got a family platter from there the prices were okay but drove all the way from Bartow to lake Wales and the food was still hot the food was still absolutely delicious. Definitely will be going back. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable.“

“Fast Food places are sometimes hit and miss on quality and experiences. Fortunately, this visit was great - no issues. Only hold-up was the huge number of to-go orders they had. That caused quite a bit of wait for customers at the counter. They appeared to have sufficient number of personnel - just a real rush of orders.“

“Prices have escalated as we all know. Very plain instant mashed potatoes, dry mix brown gravy, and boxed Mac & Cheese. The Chicken was hot & fresh. Staff was friendly and no wait. Corp could do better on their sides that are currently being sold. In the future, I'll buy Chicken only and make my own sides.“

“Great service from a younger guy working drive-thru!!No complaints for the restaurant except their drive-thru, I actually passed it and had to go back around the building because the window is so small and nothing to really indicate it's a drive-thru window lol maybe a remodel of the store soon?? “The food and service downtown was so good ! The sauce Bedrock Buffalo taste so good and my boneless chicken nuggets were a huge breast of chicken cut and served with hot sauce it was so fresh and good“
