Craft Smokehouse is a true family-run business that takes pride in what they do, putting real love into the food. This spot is a must if you are in Bartow, a must-try food stop, and a gem. The food is absolutely off the chain, amazing, tasty, on point, excellent, and incredible. You can tell it is restaurant-quality comfort food with heart and soul.
The menu features perfectly smoked and full of flavor brisket. The ribs and chicken are easily some of the best BBQ, super flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The wings, made with a savory house sauce, are cooked perfectly and the sauce makes you wanna slap somebody. Other excellent options include the rib dinner, rib and chicken dinner, rib tips, Salmon dinner, Philly cheesesteak egg roll, chicken and sausage Rasta pasta, and brisket Mac and cheese. The sides, like collards, mac n cheese, potato salad, and baked beans, are all made from scratch and excellent, making the difference between good and great. Do not forget to add a mango, pineapple lemonade.
The service is just as good, welcoming, on point, excellent, very friendly, and genuinely kind. The team did an impressive job catering a wedding for over 150 people. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable with smooth jazz playing and very peaceful beautiful paintings within. They started as a food truck and are a true family-run business. This is one of those spots you just know is going to blow up. Highly recommend. You will definitely be coming back.
