Friendly staff but only 2 workers and there were 6 cars in drive through at 3pm on Sunday. I walked in and ordered a coffee and munchkins. I waited several minutes as one of the women was trying to open some can with a lid- maybe flavoring for coffee? Then she put it down and got drinks for other customers and then asked a coworker to help her open the can which she did. Then she said she had to make new coffee because that coffee was cold. Dunkin' offers a morning pick-me-up with their iced lattes. Some customers have reported inconsistent drink quality, with lattes being too sweet or weak. The service is often friendly, but one customer experienced unacceptable attitude from a manager. Another customer found the service terrible, except for John, who provided amazing customer service. This Dunkin' location is always out of stuff, like caramel flavoring, large cups, and croissants. However, they have hired new employees who are nice about being out of everything.
