Exclusive Mike’s Cigars customer for 25+ years. Minimum 1/2 dozen boxes per year. Just ordered-received four boxes of cigars (Don Carlos (2), Bauza, My Father). Like always cigars in pristine condition but what caught my eye was the packaging. Cigars sealed in a humidified bag, then boxed with protective air packs. Appreciate the UPS shipping options too, quick delivery. First class all around. No reason, for me, to cigar shop anywhere else.
Mostly good service and excellent selection. But they do suffer from some service quality issues. If you read the small print, it will tell you that they have the right to replace cigars out of stock with equivalent varieties in their double stacks, triple crowns and samplers. They did that in my last order, but they replaces a $13 cigar with an $8 cigar. That is not equal in anyone's book. I sent an email to support, got a response pointing out the small print, responded...
Back about 3 weeks ago, I had troubles with a customer service representative. A day later, customer service management called us and fixed everything. Thank you Mike's Cigars.
