I always get my cigars here and have never been disappointed. The team is awesome. Especially the person I work directly with, (Sol). On this last order one of the cases of cigars was removed from the box during transport. Although Mike's Cigars was not responsible they immediately sent me a new box and took on the challenge of working with transportation representing me. Amazing product, amazing service!
I can not tell you how wonderful they are. I am a newbie getting into cigars. The customer service is always amazing. Truly, I do not know what I like. We speak and they recommend and then next time we speak take my feedback and I’m wowed every-time. Recently my wife bought me a humidor and they were so kind and answered questions that I had asked others and gotten many, many different answers from friends and family.
