“We had such a great experience at Kizuna! We were a large birthday party and although it took a while to get our table, the service, food, and atmosphere was amazing. “I had a GREAT experience here. Was able to get walk up seating (not recommended), meal was DELICIOUS. Service was great. I definitely would come back, and can’t wait until I do so! I had the Kobore roll which the server brings out the toppings to mix for you and “overflows” it on top of your roll. I also had an egg and seafood umami soufflé type dish which was on their seasonal summer menu, this was SO unique and amazing. I’m honestly so impressed with the taste and quality of what I ordered. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Excellent poki bowl place, especially for a mall food court. The ingredients looked fresh and appetizing, and there were a lot of choices.

I had a build your own with two servings of tuna, rice, greens, edamame, green onion, white onion, jalapeno, cilantro, mango, and spicy mayo. My wife had the tuna salmon bowl and in addition to the ingredients I had on mine she added avocado and seaweed. Both bowls were huge and delicious.

“We ordered the kimchi bao and the celestial buns. The kimchi bao was tasteful while being not too spicy. The portions were a bit on the small side for the price.

The celestial buns was our favorite of the two. The stuffing was great and the color of the buns were visually appealing. Again, the portion was on the small side for the price but they're definitely very tasty.“

“Sometimes there’s nothing better than a shaved ice dessert on a hot day at Disney World. Stop by at Caravan Road, a super cute stand in the Aninal Kingdom between the Africa and Asia sections. It's a cute kiosk with Japanese shaved ice desserts with various flavors poured over them. They are very refreshing and taste good.

I tried the Kakigori, which was very good. It cooled me down quickly. It's a watermelon flavored snow cone with sweetened condensed milk poured over it. It goes for $5.99, which is overpriced for what it is but we are at Disney!

There is no where to sit at Caravan Road so you need to walk around to find someplace to sit.“

“Super annoyed just ordered food and was given general tso instead of sesame chicken that i ordered which had a kick to it and my chicken couldnt eat it as they are sensitve to spice

Food is fresh and taste well but this is saddening and i live 30 mins away and needless to say at 806pm after a long day of work and kids extra curricular activities i do not wish to fo back out“

“The food and service were both very good. The wait staff was excellent and attentive and had an extensive knowledge of the menu. The only down side was a large table in the back that was very loud. I assume there was much alcohol consumed at that table. My table was at the front of the restaurant and the loud table was in the very back and it was loud enough to making it hard to hear by dinner partner. They had a small chinese menu and a fairly large Sushi offering. The hot and sour soup was very good and quite spicy. The General Tso and Tenderloin with Bok choy were both very good.“

“There are so many deserts to choose from here. Fruit, chocolate, coffee, sugar, they have all types of flavors on donuts and pastries. They even offer lunch items like ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese, pizzas and sausage rolls. It's cute. You grab a tray, line it with a parchment paper and grab a pair of tongs and pick what you want. If anything needs to be heated, they do that at the register. I tried the lavender matcha frappe and it was delicious.“

“We noticed that Bento seems to be shifting more toward Korean flavors rather than strictly Japanese, but the food is still fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The service is outstanding—welcoming, friendly, and going above and beyond.

Unfortunately, the restaurant itself shows signs of neglect and could use some maintenance. It’s disappointing to see the physical space not match the quality of the food and service, especially when customers are paying their hard-earned money for the experience.“

This was around April 17 2024 - April 19 2024 (specifically the 17 around lunch time.)

For trying bao for the first time, it was pretty good!

But the thing that made the experience really great was the very sweet register person with the glasses and the chill chef.

My friend and I couldn't stop talking about our experience.

It then became a highlight our day. Especially because my friend and I were just walking around the City Walk.

I really need to find a place up here in NC that serve bao, I would totally eat it again!

“Buffet is very reasonably priced for what you get and will get your belly full. Food tasted was great, and I liked the variety of options. I also liked the fact that there are child friendly options who may not be as interested in the traditional foods. Desserts are good as well. Will be back due to the food, price and the fact it is close by!“

“The staff were very attentive and prompt, tables were clean and tidy. The only reason for 4 stars with the food was because most of it was cold before I sat back at the table. The heating pots were on and hot (steam was coming around the edges) but food didn't stay hot for long enough.“
