“The theming of this hotel is fantastic and loved the pool and large hot tub. The quick service could do with some pizza late at night when you just want to get something easy to take back to the room. Buses from here to the resorts are very quick and easy, only Disney springs feels like some distance away. The reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the rooms need sound-proofing, we could hear every word of the conversation next door. They were just having a normal conversation, not even loud. Having said that, yes I would stay at this hotel again. It felt very upscale and relaxing in the grounds.“

“I love this place, however I had an experience on 5/1 that I wasn’t thrilled with and it’s very difficult to find a way to contact to give feedback so I had to resort to a FB review. My mom and I visited on 5/1. Our server spilled most of a Champagne Papi onto my lap. I totally understand mistakes happen, however, not once did anyone ask me if I needed anything. The server (I have the name but don’t want to blast all over FB) never asked me if I was Ok, she just simply said she’d be right back with another one, but it was all of the floor, my shorts, my shirt and splashed my mom across the table. I thought maybe she’d be right back with napkin or towel but she didn’t, so I went to the bathroom to try to clean up, but so surprised that no one ever followed up with me. I’m not sure if maybe she was so embarrassed that she didn’t want to tell anyone, or what happened, but I sat in wet shorts the entire time. Thankfully, the pink dye came out of everything, but still am surprised no one ever checked in. Maybe this is standard for you guys, but I wanted to share in case this is not normal.“

We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. “Stopped in a little over a week ago for lunch with my wife while visiting family in the area for the holidays. Came in blind never hearing about Bubbakoo's and left very happy. The guys working there were super friendly and accommodating. They did a great job preparing the food and beer prices were lower than some bars in the area. The manager even set us up by the tvs, turned on a football game we were interested in, and brought out all the food once it was prepared.

On a side note we tried visiting a Bubbakoo's nearby back home and my wife agrees it was not nearly as good. Not to say anything bad, but rather how GOOD this location is!
Definitely worth stopping in, we will likely be back next time we are in town.“

“Stepped in for a quick lunch and it was quick indeed. The food was ready in less than ten minutes. I ordered the lunch chicken chimichanga and it was hot, crispy and tasty. As a South Texan, I am picky when it comes to Mexican food, and this place gets it right every single time. My regular order is the asada tacos with pineapple agua fresca and their elote—an unbeatable combo. I’ve also tried their gorditas, tortas, taquitos, and the rice and beans, and I’ve never once been disappointed. The fresh salsa and toppings bar is chef’s kiss.

Some people mention the tacos are small, but that’s because they’re authentic street taco size—double tortillas, packed full of flavorful meat, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, they’re a steal for the quality and portion.

The staff is always kind and welcoming, and I truly hope this place gets all the popularity it deserves. A true hidden gem that I’m finally happy to share!“

After being seriously let down by our former location (poor service, bad vibes, you name it), we didn’t have high hopes… but this visit completely turned things around. Amhira and Sheya were absolute standouts—so positive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel like valued guests rather than just another ticket number.
