“I love this place, however I had an experience on 5/1 that I wasn’t thrilled with and it’s very difficult to find a way to contact to give feedback so I had to resort to a FB review. My mom and I visited on 5/1. Our server spilled most of a Champagne Papi onto my lap. I totally understand mistakes happen, however, not once did anyone ask me if I needed anything. The server (I have the name but don’t want to blast all over FB) never asked me if I was Ok, she just simply said she’d be right back with another one, but it was all of the floor, my shorts, my shirt and splashed my mom across the table. I thought maybe she’d be right back with napkin or towel but she didn’t, so I went to the bathroom to try to clean up, but so surprised that no one ever followed up with me. I’m not sure if maybe she was so embarrassed that she didn’t want to tell anyone, or what happened, but I sat in wet shorts the entire time. Thankfully, the pink dye came out of everything, but still am surprised no one ever checked in. Maybe this is standard for you guys, but I wanted to share in case this is not normal.“

“We have been coming to Chuy’s for more than 10 years and last night was mo different except we had the pleasure of meeting a server by the name of Warren. We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. I called on Monday evening I believe and spoke to Blake who was very helpful and professional and he passed the message to the GM Renee. Today I went in person and both Renee and the Regional Manager Owen were extremely helpful in rectifying what happened. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and the vibe is phenomenal.“

“This place seems real commercial since it blew up on social media. It's not the original place you see on tik tok it's a smaller version. I noticed that the Carne asada is a less quality cut that been tenderized (the same as Chinese meat is) and then seasoned well. I love the taste of the meat but the texture and cut of meat is off! You can't call something Carne Asada and it not be flank or skirt steak.
Other than that, the food is well seasoned. I love the cheese toasted on the tortilla. The pico de Gallo is well seasoned. I would recommend anyone to try it. It's definietly the best tacos I've had in Florida, I'm from Chicago and my expectations come from the highest standards of chicago tacos.“

The staff were friendly and engaging especially Ms. Jordan who took the time to make recommendations on the menu and patiently took our customizations. “The server was prompt - esp with refills on beverages and offering more chips and terrific salsa while waiting for the meal. Prices are terrific for the hefty portions. The Mexican rice has onions and is spiced and the beans are also spiced. Absolutely terrific!!! I had the flautas which I love and these were the best I’ve had. My husband ordered chile rellnos and to his shock and delight there was a chile NOT buried in a ton of soggy breading. It was stellar!!! “Great place! Outdoor seating which was great since we had our 2 dogs with us. They offered to bring water for the dogs. We took a stroll around neighborhood that is beautiful and quiet. My wife had fish tacos and I had Birria Burrito. The Horchata Borracha is a must try. We look forward to coming back!“

“Ever since I moved to the area almost a month ago. I swear I’ve had it atleast twice per week. The tacos are amazingly authentic and I love that they are not stingy with their toppings. Other places will give you dried tiny limes for tacos but here they always have the biggest juiciest ones. They’re also very, It’s been consistent every time.. the prices are also amazing!!“

I ordered a kids chicken quesadilla and it was so good! I cannot explain why, but I think their corn tortillas had a something to make them taste even better! My boyfriend loved his chicken tacos both the American Way and Mexican Way. My father in law loved his carnitas tacos and talked about them for the rest of the trip he was joking, but also very serious.

The salsa was a little bland in my opinion, but I would like to go back and try their queso and see how it is.“
