It was a wonderful experience, the food was marvelous, the service was top notch and although we had a minor issue with credit card processing Rob the manager was on top of everything and helped us all the way until the issue was resolved.

We had such a wonderful experience at Ceiba, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Christian! From the beginning, he was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely personable. We immediately bonded with him, especially after learning he was from Puerto Rico, and he made the entire dinner feel personal and memorable.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waiter, Christian! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. He took the time to understand our preferences and helped us choose the best dishes on the menu based on what we were looking for. The Arrachera and Ceviche were delicious! His recommendations were definitely spot-on! If you visit, definitely ask for Christian, you’ll be in great hands!
