It was a wonderful experience, the food was marvelous, the service was top notch and although we had a minor issue with credit card processing Rob the manager was on top of everything and helped us all the way until the issue was resolved.
If you want a great place to watch the park's fireworks, all at the same time, this is the place to be.
Everything was really good from the food it has a lot of flavor and very artistic when it’s served, the drinks are so unique and very tasteful, the atmosphere was so nice and you can see the Disney fireworks which is so fun and our server Leonardo he was awesome and gave us great customer service. It's our favorite place now!!
My wife and I recently revisited the Conrad at Evermore and once again enjoyed an outstanding dining experience at Ceiba Rooftop Restaurant. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.
What truly stood out, however, was the service. Our waiter, Francisco, was absolutely exceptional. From his warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations to his genuine passion for hospitality, he elevated our entire evening.
