About McDonald's

The McDonald's location has undergone changes, including a new building and an electronic kiosk ordering system. There have been issues with order accuracy, and in the past, some customers have experienced food poisoning. Recently, comments have been made about the quality of the quarter pounder. However, the facility itself has been praised for its improvements. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who are attentive to customers' needs. There is a McDonald's PlayPlace, making it kid-friendly, and the location is easily accessible for those with wheelchairs. A new employee, Dillon, has started and is noted for his personable and detail-oriented service. Customer reviews highlight the excellent service, with staff actively engaging with diners and providing top-notch behavior. Many customers appreciated Tyler’s helpfulness with mobile orders, taking his time despite the busy store, which helped reduce anxiety and showed what good customer service looks like. The indoor play area remains a big attraction, especially on rainy days, and is always clean. Some recent experiences, however, have been disappointing, such as a drive-thru visit where the happy meal had no toy, the medium fries were only half full, and the tea tasted like instant with no sugar, indicating that service quality has declined for some. Despite these concerns, many still prefer this McDonald's over others in the area.
