“watched the lady making pizzas on and off her phone in her back pocket and directly to the toppings. bare hands. called from the parking lot and they laughed at me when I asked if it was common practice that they dont wear gloves and she said yes, it goes through a 500 degree oven. like that matters. . after the customer service I'll stick to chain pizza“

“We are from North Carolina and chose Brother's Pizza or our last night in Crystal River. My 9 year old loved his small cheese pizza and bread sticks! The dough tastes fantastic and is freshly made. We ordered the steak and mushroom salad and the portions were huge! Our server Ryan was very personable and helpful. If we come to Crystal River again we'll definitely be back!“

It’s been quite awhile since we ate their pizza so we ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza, comes in large, we ordered it well done for 14.65. Located at the end of a strip mall, plenty of parking and the place was very clean! Husband got there a few minutes early and they were very busy, employees seemed very organized and pleasant. 5 min later the pizza was done and ready to go at the promised time. Pizza was piping hot when we got home and opened the box and it was full of cheese and a huge amount of pepperoni, wow!! It was just delicious and cooked perfectly, we were very pleased. Great pizza at a GREAT price!! Will order again very soon, check them out, I am glad I did!! Debbie 🍕“

“After ordering pizza a couple times from here, we decided to check out the ristorante and dine in. What a wonderful overall dining experience!! Small, quaint place. The cleanliness was outstanding! I mean I started really looking for some dust or something after noticing how impressively clean their dining room, but spotless! Service was excellent; friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated our needs for such a relaxing, enjoyable dinner. Although, we stuffed ourselves because the food was delicious! From the fried fresh mozzarella to the 2nd best bleu cheese dressing I've ever had in my life (and I've tried countless varieties of BC dressing!)!! Entrees put us over the edge but followed suit with everything else...delicious! Comparibly priced with a lot more heart than anywhere else I've been to eat anywhere around here. “1st visit. People in town have all said "Try it, it's great" well, we did. Had a small salad an large supreme pizza. All I can say is service was great, food came out fast, enjoyed the quieter room and view of the street while waiting on the pizza. The crust was perfect, lots of topping with onion and peppers you wanted to pick off and eat by themselves. Not small diced but whole thinly sliced pieces of topping.

While waiting I saw a plate of spaghetti and meatballs go by that looked terrific. Maybe next time.

“I will be honest I was getting my pizza from a competitor, but my grandson who recently had some health issues and has lost a lot of weight, wanted dominoes today so we got on the website and ordered a bunch of goodies and had them delivered. My grandson is eight years old and he told me yours was the best pizza he has ever had, and I agree it was so tasty and soft and just perfect. We will definitely be ordering again.“

“Went in after my job closed. So about 10:15. On New Year's Eve. The cashier was very accommodating and friendly. It only took about 12 minutes and the order was exact. I got two large pizzas one was sausage and bacon and the other was a buffalo chicken pizza and some Parmesan Garlic wings. Everything was delicious and they even gave me all flats on my Wings which is what I prefer“

“The pizza and garlic knots are absolutely delicious. But what really counts is that there product and service was outstanding!! This picture doesn’t even really do it justice. I use to be a store manager in Lee county for 3 1/2 years for Papa Johns and I know how important it is to make the pizzas perfect and get them out on time.. “We ordered a $32 bottle of wine and expecting a cork at least and we got a $10 bottle which was double checked at Walmart with a screw cap. We ordered shrimp scampi expecting large shrimp as shown in their picture and what we got was tiny little defrosted frozen shrimp. The sauce on it was scarce and Bland. I asked the waitress to hold the meal until we ate our salad and that did not happen. It was all brought out like they were in a hurry to get rid of us. We never had our water refilled. The owner said that I was rude because I talked to him about it. The garlic rolls were so hard I could not bite into them. I told the brother that his mother would roll over in her grave if she saw what he was serving for rolls. Now I know why the parking lot is empty during dinner. Dine at your own risk. I don't do many negative reviews but this one was deserved.“
