I already loved this First Watch, but after my experience this week, I appreciate this location even more.
I accidentally left my purse at the restaurant. When I called, the staff immediately told me they had it and had kept it safely secured for me. When I picked it up, everything was exactly as I had left it. Nothing was missing or disturbed. We come here often. The food is very good.The servers are usually very nice but very slow. The biggest problem is the place is usually too cold and the food rarely comes out hot.
This began as one of the worst experiences At a first watch and considering the location I was anticipating great service. I was sat in outside patio (beautiful area) and waited about 10-12 min before getting up to find someone to assist me with my order. Brian saved the day by not only taking my order but also making sure that I received it accurately and expeditiously. He offered an apology for the hiccup in service.
