“Rashida is absolutely amazing!! Planet smoothie was amazing. Great post work out smoothies. It’s not like the other smoothie places that pumps you up with sugar and zero nutrition! It’s quite the opposite!! Everything is fresh fruits and great selections! No fruit juice concentrate or anything. If you are waiting a good pre/post workout, simply on the run meal replacement, or even a smoothie for the nutrients. Planet smoothie truly doesn’t disappoint!

“Great find in Boca! Was looking for a low sugar protein shake to break my fast, and found just the perfect set of options at The Healthy Spot. All shakes are low sugar (less than 5 g) and they are delicious! Service is great, very knowledgeable about the nutrition facts of their shakes. Super easy parking and great healthy ambiance, very convenient for the members of the gym (the place is inside the gym).“

“I have eaten here frequently. This is a build your own type of place but they have many other set menu options. Tons of healthy, vegan options that are also delicious, including desserts. I have had lots of variations of their salads and bowls, and look forward to trying their smoothies in the future. Lots of gluten-free options as well. Great environment. “Fresh Kitchen got the food right! It’s fresh, flavorful and tastes homemade- this is rare for mass-prepped food. And the people are nice. However, I go to Bolay once per week and FK once per quarter. The portions are just so skimpy, I just don’t ever feel I got $20+ worth of food. Today, the server literally shook off the tongs until there was a pinch of spinach left to put in my container as a base and same sentiment for the kale, sprinkled the chickpeas dispensing less than half the scooper and put the rest back. Then, shook a few pieces of sweet potato off the top of the scooper…and put the rest back. It was like she was afraid to pour a scoop. I don’t eat poultry or red meat so I have to eat more food to get enough calories per meal. Fk meals are a snack before dinner. I would totally eat there at least once per week if I wouldn’t leave hungry. Another win for them…they shine like a diamond in the snack department. Also rare in the industry is a decent lower sugar vegan snack! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously amazing! I buy 3 packs at a time every time. Sometimes I just go there for them alone!“

“I honestly loved this boba! I love smooth not too sugary flavors. I got the lavender milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. Honestly so good. If you like Sakura and rose milk tea you will love this! I also asked for less sugar and ice! I will say that it is pricey. 10$ for 1 cup of Boba is a little bit exaggerated but I did like it, just not sure if it’s worth it. 🧋“

Also, despite there being a sign not to eat food from other establishments there was a family that seemed to be eating a take out early dinner from Doris’ a few stores away while the kids ate ice cream which was incredibly rude and concerning if one observes kashrut which I do not. I understand why the solo clerk might not have wanted a confrontation.“
